Our Story

Welcome to The Unwaste.  We were founded as a response to heightened awareness of our plastic pollution problem and so the idea of milkman style refills was born! Packaging which could be used over and over again, conveniently delivered straight to the doorstep. 

We soon realised that the problem is not just with plastic. The nasty chemicals found in most household essentials are not only harming our planet but they’re simply not good for us humans.  We want to educate and encourage others to make a difference, through convenient and ethically sourced products and a sense of community.

About Miniml Refills

Our primary refill supplier Miniml has been carefully selected as pioneers of green chemistry. They don't believe in single use plastic or recycling so they operate a zero waste, closed loop supply chain which means they take back all of their bulk containers to use over and over again.

Using only naturally derived ingredients, all formulations are eco friendly and readily biodegradable. They are also vegan friendly, cruelty-free, paraben and sulphate free.

Miniml are an independent, family run business who started developing recipes in their garage in Yorkshire and are now on a mission to provide the best quality eco products on the market in the UK.
